I would like to do a recovery on my Acer Travelmate 525TXV.
The DVD-Rom does not work so I picked up a CD-RW/DVD ROM.
How do I get the system to reboot from the exteranl?

- I did try to make the drive my first boot up, but there is no choice for an external boot. I guess my question would be how to ge the Bootable CD to run on its own??

Go to BIOS and make it there as primary!
