Was playing and someone came in and turned off the

Was playing and someone came in and turned off the lights in the room, the power supply was hooked up to that switch and shut everything down. i tried to turn it back on and didnt work. tried changing the plugs around in the wall even, but it wont work.

Unplug wii power cord from the wii and the wall for 5 -10 mins

if you were either downloading a update or a game update or playing a game while it was loading you have a bricked wii
fixable but req some stuff
some way req hardware and software
others are only software
