Your problem sounds like drum rollers have flat spots on them or in need of lubrication.
If you have a front loading machine, Unplug the dryer, remove the front of the dryer. This will expose the drum and belt, remove the drum and belt and this will expose the drum rollers.
Check your rollers for flat spots, if they have flat spots on them replace them.
If they don't then they probably only need lubrication. Lubricate the shaft of the rollers with a good grade of machine oil such as 3 in One oil. Reassemble the dryer, plug back in. This should solve your noise problem.
I will include these two websites for parts and further help:
http://www.partselect.com/
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/index.aspx
Both also have chat assistance 24/7.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

Rumbling noise under neath car

I am at a loss knowing what gear box your referring to and if the rumbling noise began before or after changing the box. There are many things that could simply be loose underneath a vehicle. A wheel bearing can definitely make a rumbling noise. Sure you changed the right one. Can be hard to tell which one sometimes. Sorry I couldn't help more than I did.

Noisy & will not progress to spin cycle

The tub must pump down before it will go into spin cycle. My pump was making rumbling noises and when I took the basket out (simple process) there were a couple of bobby pins stuck in it. (kids) Cleaned it out and checked the flowpath with a wet and dry vacuum on the drain connection. Still makes the noise. There is a small zip lock bag under the control panel that describes the trouble shooting and error codes. It also says how to go through the diagnostics steps. Hope this helps.

The Fan is rumbling, making noises- can it be

Often simply cleaning them carefully (no water of course) and oiling the motor will fix these noises. Occasionally they are too far gone, but this will fix most of them. Good luck.

Haier Model No. HSA04WNC WW/BPG fridgefreezer loud rumbling noise

Rumbling sound is not good. Check to see if it is making the noise with the door open. If so - it probably is a fan blade scraping. If it keeps making the noise - it is likely the compressor - either a faulty relay or capacitor. Or maybe the compressor is faulty. You'll need to be handy with a multimeter to check these out though.
