Which Sidekick is it? A Master Reset will take care of it,.
NOTE: A master reset restores the original factory settings and can
erase all downloaded content, including ringtones, camera images,
contacts stored in the handset memory, and Java™ applications. It does
not erase data stored on the SIM card or memory card (if available).
Back up all necessary data on the handset memory before proceeding.

I have some serious problems with my Motorola Hiptop Q700 Sidekick. It automatically starts phonecalls and pushes keys. I dont touch anything! It often happens, that when i want to write a sms or something like that, it automatically deletes the sms, and starts a phone call to a random number. Can I do something about this? I can't use my phone like this!
