Check the format of the videos, did you download them with the DVR? When it freezes, to clear hold down power button for the count of 15 then release to turn off, then repeat to turn back on.

Ipod wont rest it is blank with the apple screen

plug it in and then press restore to store settings, like on the screen dedicated soly to your itouch?? then load again, without 3G cuz that may b the prob. if it still doesnt work, take it to the apple store.

This model goes to "sleep" quickly by default - pressing any button will wake it up. The button that looks like a house (if the paint didn't get rubbed off already) allows you to go one level higher in the menu tree. Have fun with it.

Can't download pictures or videos to my iVO m640

Before disconnecting your MP3 player, down in the right hand corner there will be an ion that is the safely remove hardware removal tool. Click on that instead f just pulling the usb cable out of the computer.

Ipod touch freezing up

It may need a reset, press and hold the power and the home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the apple logo appears.

Won't do anything!!!!

My screen "froze" up and stayed continuously "blue". I pushed the power button up for 10 seconds and it reset it self.

need all ok software or dvd fab to make movies rip to hard drive then bakc on that in certain formatt that manel says only does certain formatt u must convert vidoe to that format with all ok converter s ok and then dvd fab to make dvd to avi then whatever formattt u need its tricky

My mp3 player frooze

Have you tried resetting the player? get a thin paper clip or something similar and push the tip into the hole. then try charging it again untill fully charged, and remove from PC. Good luck
