I have a ricoh 1515 and can not get scan to file to work

I have a ricoh 1515 and have loaded the software correctly, all functions are working perfectly other than scan to file. I loaded the scanrouter v2 and setup everything properly, delivery server is ther and destination has been found. you can even go to word and insert picture from scan file and the scanner works.
The problem seems to be going to the machine and scanning a page to file, it says no destionation. I spoke with the local Ricoh rep and we went through everything and he said it was setup properly but there was something he could not remember about the 1515n that you had to do at the machine. I have gone through all screens on the machine and see nothing I have left out. Does anyone know anything about this ???
