Question about Intermec EasyCoder 3400 Thermal Label Printer
I am calling form.printform and recieving a runtime error 486 "Can't print form image to this type of printer." Does anyone have a work-around or a solution? Thanks......

You can adjust the darkness level +/- 10. If you adjust it all the way to 10 and it is still too light, there is a print head pressure adjustment screw to the left of the ribbon feed roller.

sensor and roller are first one you need to check to make sure they are still good to pick up the labels and feed them through
Label size and type are another one to make sure they work you this type of printer. If label is to thin, it will cause issue
Label stock may not be loading properly. Please make sure pay attention on this too
Update printer firmware and driver are the last steps. Make sure you have latest firmware and driver for this printer.
We have this issue once in the while. Most of the time label type and size are the causes
Let me know which OS you are using, i will try to find the latest driver for you.
