You never put a car seat where the baby is facing you. It is very unsafe. The car seat is made to where the baby is facing the seat.

I have been given a baby go 7 car seat I need it to be rear facing the sticker says forward facing?

There are forward and rear facing baby car seats , the rear facing are the safest , they are not interchangeable , the seats must be fitted to the rear car seat and only to the approved mountings.

How so i install my car seat rear facing

Good Evening

In the UK the Maxi Cosi (original) Priori, the Priori SPS, Priori XP and PrioriFix carseats are not for rear facing use. They are only to be fitted forward facing.

How does this pram system convert to stroller mode but with the baby facing you?

Hi,

The Silvercross 3D pram can only be used facing you when this is used for the newborn baby. When you use this as a stroller for a toddler, the seat will only face away from you.

I hope this helps.

Do the seats turn around to rear face

Hi,

No the seat does not rear face. The closest you will get to that is when you are using the liner as a carrycot for the newborn.

I hope this helps.

Types of car safety seats at a glance
The chart below is a quick guide on where to start your search. However, it’s important to read more about the features and how to use your car safety seat.
Age Type of Seat General Guideline Infants Infant seats and rear-facing convertible seats All infants should always ride rear-facing until they are at least 1 year of age and weigh at least 20 pounds. Toddlers/Preschoolers Convertible seats It is best to ride rear-facing as long as possible. Children 1 year of age and at least 20 pounds can ride forward-facing. School-aged children Booster seats Booster seats are for older children who have outgrown their forward-facing car safety seats. Children should stay in a booster seat until adult belts fit correctly (usually when a child reaches about 4' 9" in height and is between 8 and 12 years of age). Older children Seat belts Children who have outgrown their booster seats should ride in a lap and shoulder belt in the back seat until 13 years of age.

Rear Facing / Foward Facing

I have this same car seat, you don't have to fold anything down to make it rear facing, what I did was used a rolled up towl to place in the crease of the seat to help hold up front of the seat, they also sell rolls of styrofoam that people use to do the same thing, I found the towel worked just fine to tip the seat back a little for smaller babies that can't sit straight up. Hope that helps:)

Fitting rear seat covers to AU Ford Falcon

To remove the rear seat off an au falcon get in the rear of the car facing the opposite way to which you drive facing the rear seat. you need to slide your hands along down where the seat belt conectors are pulling it up abit. than you need to use quite a bit off force pulling it towards your self.

How long should my baby be rear-facing?

According to common recommendations, babies have to be rear-facing until at least one year old and at least 20 pounds, whichever comes last. The reason for this is that in case of an accident, this allows the pressure to be distributed along the entire back and neck of the baby. Some parents worry this might break the baby's legs. It's important to remember that a crash strong enough to break your baby's legs might break its neck and back if facing forward. While nobody wants their baby to be injured in any way, remember that a leg injury is much easier to recover from than back injury.
