Hi.
The first thing to check is the drain system. Check the drain hose at the back, and the drain pump.
The drain pump can be tested advancing the cycle to drain. It can also be tested by a technician, energizing the pump directly.
The pump can be accessed removing the small service panel in front of the washer. Access to pump is located on lower right hand corner in front.
After removing the panel the pump is accessed and disconnected from hoses to remove the blockage in there. The procedure is also illustrated in service manual.
Have a container ready to collect water if you DIY.
If the pump is OK other parts that can cause the problem, and that must be tested are the pressure switch, and the electronic control board.
Regards.

washer does not wash or rinse with cold water. When machine is set to wash with cold water just a trickle of water enters the machine. Rinse cycle does not get any cold water either. repair service has been out 4 times and continues to replace the control board and this does not fix the problem. Machine gives an EO2 error code when trying to fill with cold water.

I have a Bosch Nexxt Front load Washer and using your posts was able to fix the E:04 error and clear the blockage in the front trap. Unfortunately it won't stop leaking now. I double checked I put it back in correctly but no luck. Any ideas on another cause? Thanks, Helen
