just installed new dell 23 inch widescreen monitor with cam and it turns off ('no connection to computer" message) just before xp sp3 desktop load, works fine with windows 7.

drivers for xp sp3 may not be compatible with w7 drivers.
running dual partitions? xp/w7? could be drivers are not getting along! sounds like microsoft to me!!
