I have a western digital dual option external hard drive that is a couple of years old and I lost the power supply while moving. Can you help me? The model number is wd1600B015

Power supply not available in WD shop, but there's worldwide email and telephone support: select your country from the next page:

Send your request to the WD support desk in your country.
When using the telephone line: in Europe, phone numbers starting with 00800 are international free call numbers. Using any other phone number, check your local provider.
Notice: when the power adapter has a seperate cord connected from the wall outlet to the adapter, mostly this will not be provided and has to be bought elsewhere ( Ask when ordering the adapter ).
