Hi,
First check if the camera is working correctly by going to
-Start
-All Programs
-Camera Capture Utility
Can you see your image there?
If not, download and install the camera driver from here:
http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?mdl=VGNAR605E&upd_id=3194&os_id=28
If you cant find the Camera Capture Utility at all, you can download it and install it from this link:
http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-download.pl?mdl=VGNAR605E&upd_id=3184&os_id=28
Let me know if you have other issues with the camera or it cant display in other programs like MSN or Skype.
