Ask you to step off when no one is on it but if you check for funtionality it says everything is okay

- I checked them they seem okay they all move freely, ?I tried resyncing, removing and replacing batter pack, also verified no obstructions around the edges of the board.

there are four little legs on the bottom. check to make sure they move freely. if they don't look for any obstructions and remove them.

- You might just have a defective board then. There are a lot of people that have problems with this, and as far as I know, there isn't an easy solution. Call Nintendo support and see what they have to say.
