Drain motor is usually located on the bottom of the machine. Hopefully you have an access panel separate from the main door panel. Should be a hose coming in and a hose going out. Put the machine in spin cycle and see if you can feel the pump spinning. If the pump is very hot, chances are something is blocking it. They will usually have an access port that can be opened up just for this reason, be ready to catch the water when you open it up, and please turn the machine off first. If you get no sign of life from your pump it may have died. Also check for any blockages in the drain lines. All of this should be easily accomplished with a couple screwdrivers and towels

1) tes the belt for broken or worn replace
2)test the door switch, this cause to NOT spindle the machine , replace if necessary or readjust
3)Main control module or CCU, if the door switch test o.k, tight any wires connector well from loose, otherwise the CCU is faulty.
4) motor control module, this receive signal from CCU, tight any wires connector for loose, otherwise you must replace the board faulty.

Do not run the machine until you have cleared the filter or you will burn the pump out. You need to keep working the filter until you are able to get it opened and cleared.

Perhaps you need to check the outlet hose from the pump for a blockage, and of course, make sure the pump itself is working.

check that the drain filter is clear, if thats ok its probably going to be the electronic module at fault.

ohm out the element if it shows no continuty then replace it

If it wont empty its either a blocked pump/or filter. If it won't move on, heating element
