Hi.I got same problem around same time as yours;.GX280 Small Mini Tower power on black screen.The heat sink fan sounds like a jet on takeoff. Does not boot at all. The board examined by a Chip level engineer but could not find the fault at all the voltages/signals on the board showed OK in the oscilloscope. Any help will highly appreciated.
