I have Windows Media Player on my BlackJack II which I think is standard on all of these phones. However it won't let me open the program, nor will it play any sounds I have saved on my phone. Is there a way to remove the program from my phone and reinstall it? Or is there another solution to this?

If you want to remove Windows media player from your handset, just connect it your PC or laptop.
After your PC recognizes your handset, just open it in my computer, and go to 'kjava' named folder and delete all files of windows media player.
