- Yes the display in 'real time' works no problem. Whether I am in shoot mode or playback mode the display only shows real time. My model# is A630. I appreciate your help!Oct 18, 2009

hi,
sometimes even when the play back function is working you wont be able to see it due to the DISP button. canon has one disp button in lower right hand corner. when you are in play back mode, press the disp button three times. at any one point you must be able to see the photos. else revert back to us.

- this is some hardware problem only. so firmware update wont help you in this case. mostly you will have to go to a canon service center. are you from india. if so which place exactly? i can find the nearest canon service center for you if you want.Oct 19, 2009
