You want to download a driver for the SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player, but you can't do it from the manufactuer's website? Well, I might be able to help you out here.
Connect your Sansa to your PC.
Go into your PC's Control Panel.
Locate the Hardware and Sound link, then click it.
If you see a link that says "Device Manager", click that. If not, type it in the search box.
Locate the Universal Serial Bus Controller group and expand the tree (click the + button).
Find your device, right click it, then click Update Driver.
When the computer asks you how you want to search for the software, choose "Search automatically for updated driver software". Your operating system will search your device's files and the Internet to find the latest software.
If that does not work, there are some websites that you can go on that will scan, locate and update your device drivers installed on your PC and other connected hardware.
Click the hyperlink of your choosing and follow all of the on-screen instructions provided on the website. I hope this will solve your driver issue. Thank you for choosing FixYa as your one-stop solution spot for all of your product issues. We truely appreciate your service and hope you visit our site again in the future. have you deleted the partial video, if not...... 1. connect the sansa to your computer, 2. select open device with windows explorer, 3. click on the drive where the video content is stored, 4. click on the video folder, then right click on and delete the video, the path, My Computer/Sansa e200/SELECTED DRIVE/video
The same thing happened to mine. I tried to charge it and the blue light remained on. After an hour or so of trying to charge I disconnected it and pressed the on button and held it for 30 seconds and the light went off and I could turn it on. I then charged it and it appears to be working.
