I need to take photos off my Sanyo Cellphone and download to my Computer. I haven't got a clue. I have a cord connecting computer and phone, but I don't know what software it takes to download...

The Sanyo SCP-2700 cell phone does not support 'browsing' or file transfer. The suggested course of action is to upload the photos to Picturemail - please be sure you have the Picturemail service and a data plan, otherwise it will get expensive.

Once the photos are uploaded to Picturemail, you can download them to your PC singly or as a ZIP archive.

Rumor 2 Picture Mail Problem

Call sprint tech support and have them walk you through resetting your picturemail token. This will require your lock code so you will need to be speaking with sprint. They will also check your picturemail account.

Can't send pictures from my Motorola 377 to other people

You do need settings for MMS and the Internet...

As standard you have the settings already saved on the phone when you purchase it for the network you purchase it on, e.g T-Mobile when you have the phone unlocked you need the settings for the other networks you wish to use on the handset... In the UK T-Mobile and O2 have gotten quite good with this and they normally send you messages which you need to save for the settings for your handset every time you put your sim into another phone, however some networks like Orange dont send them automatically...

There are a number of ways to get the settings, from the network or from the phone manufacturer.

Companies like Nokia and Sony Ericsson, have online tools where you can select your phone and network, type in your phone number and they send you the settings, some networks also have something similar on their sites.

The easiest other option instead of searching is just to give your network a quick call and they will send you a couple of messages to your handset with the settings you need, remember to save them :) you will need the settings for both the internet and mms :)

I lost all my photos after swapping simm card from i776 to i880. Is there any way to retrieve them? PLEEEAAASSSEE HHHEEELLPPP!!!!!!

Did you send any of them via picture mail? If so they should be saved on your carriers server depending on how long ago they were sent. Check your online account or contact your customer care department to find out the specifics of their picture mail site or database (e.g. for Sprint or Nextel accounts, Verizon's site seems to be down). If not, the sim card probably reset itself during the swap to match the software requirements of the new phone. If these don't assist then I am sorry to inform you that they are likely lost for good. In the future be sure to save your pictures to an external memory source such as a memory card or to send them to an email address prior to completing the swap. Also, I always recommend, having a sim card for every phone and keeping them with their respective devices. A store for your carrier can swap over any contacts after changing phones for you. Most carriers also sell an accessory that will swap info from one sim card to another. Hope this is at least helpful for the future if you arent able to locate your pictures. Good Luck!

When you are going to email the pictures, make sure you choose from the file PHONE. When you are viewing your pictures in the saved phone area, there should be an option to email the pictures.
