Try resetting the channel selection buttons. First hit the button on the top of the receiver, then hit the one on the backside of the keyboard. Repeat the same procedure for mouse. The F light is supposed to be on for normal operations. Only the A light should be off.

Cant get my wireless mouse to work

Hi,

1. Press the sync button on the reciever (the only button on the reciever)

2. When the light blinks, press the sync button on the mouse (the button you are talking about on the mouse is a sync button, not a reset button, there is no reset button on the mouse), after you press the sync button on the mouse, the blinking will stop and will remain steady

Please post your feedback and Vote if the proble resolved as per your satisfaction.

The key board has lost its connection, please help. we hve tryed new batterys. the mouse still works.

mcdevito75 here, Sounds like you"ve lost the connection between your keyboard and reciever, that little angled piece with a button you press and lights up. First double check connection on your computer for this reciever, Then double check intsatlation of batteries in keyboard. NOW, press button on reciever, now press button under mouse and wait 20 seconds now press button on reciever then press button under keyboard. This should do it.

I have a microsoft keyboard 3000 and the receiver does not have a light on it and it is plugged in and the keyboard and mouse both do not work, need some help

Verify the USB connection is plugged into the computer from the reciever, and if so try plugging into another USB port and see if that works. The power for the reciever is drawn from the USB port and not the PS/2 port

Keyboard and mouse not working

Make sure you have fresh batteries...usually this is how to set up a wireless keyboard and mouse. Insert the reciever in the USB and hit the link button normally located as a recessed button on the bottom, a light will blink....On the keyboard press the button as before located as a recessed button on the bottom. Once linked the reciever light should stop blinking...do the same with the mouse.

Keyboard and mouse not working

If you have only moved the computer and unplugged the keyboard and mouse, the software should not be the problem. Plug the reciever back into the computer then press the button on the reciever, then the button on the keyboard, wait for the lights to stop flashing then do the same again for the mosue, reciever first then the mouse. This should connec them again.

I hope this helps

Cant type

if you have checked the batteries are in good working order, then I would suggest removing them and replacing them again, and reconnect to your reciever. Or just try and reconnect to the reciever anyway. If this doesn't help then check this site

for new drivers and useful information

hope this helps.

CANT GET WIRELESS MOUSE TO WORK

Try changing with a new set of batteries. also try to reset the connection of the wireless mouse and keyboard. you can locate a connect button on both the reciever and wireless keyboard. press both of them together and release them. this would reset the connection. try doing the same for reciever and wireless mouse connect buttons. this should work. also check for any possible alignment issues.
