JVC AV-27F476 channeling the radio!

Hi . I have a very strange and annoying problem with my JVC 27" TV. It is model # AV 27F476, purchased in August of 2005. When I mute the TV or turn the sound all the way down, I hear a local radio station (98.8FM) coming through! How can I fix this? It is not the cable as it happens when I unhook it. Not the surge strip, and not the DVD player for the same reason. Hope you have an answer. I always buy JVC when possible and have had no trouble until this happened.

GuruPlease try to change the vco adjustment position or try to do fine tuning with the service menu.
