- Both of the shocks on mine are broken, but they both appear to bolted in at the top with a plastic bolt... is this possible or am I crazy?- YoTeachMar 29, 2009

There was a revision to the shocks which you'll see when you get the new ones. Squeeze the two retaining barbs in with a pair of pliers then twist and push rearward. On the right one you have the air dome in the way - it helps to have a buddy pull from the back while you release the barbs.
