I have an older Bose Wave radio without a CD. Can I connect a new Bose Wave multi CD changer to it? I currently have a SONY system connected to it and it works fine.

If it has another input then yes if not you will have to get a A/b switch.

Bose 2020 radio isn't connecting to 2016 multi cd changer. CD light come on but radio doesn't recognize disc 2, 3, or 4.

If your Bose 2020 radio is not connecting to your 2016 multi-CD changer and is not recognizing discs 2, 3, or 4, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the connections: Make sure that the multi-CD changer is properly connected to the Bose 2020 radio. Check the connections for any loose or disconnected cables.
2. Check the disc format: Make sure that the discs you are trying to play are in a format that is compatible with the CD changer. Some CD changers may not be able to read certain formats or may have trouble reading scratched or damaged discs.
3. Clean the discs: Try cleaning the discs to remove any dust, dirt, or fingerprints. Use a soft, lint-free cloth and wipe from the center of the disc to the outer edge.
4. Clean the CD changer: Dust and debris can build up inside the CD changer, causing it to have trouble reading discs. Try using a CD cleaning disc or a can of compressed air to remove any dust or debris that may be inside the CD changer.
5. Reset the system: Try resetting the Bose 2020 radio and the CD changer. Unplug the power cords from both devices, wait a few minutes, and then plug them back in.
If none of these solutions work, there may be a problem with the CD changer or the radio. You may need to contact Bose customer support for further assistance or take the devices to a qualified technician for repair.

I have the same problem with Peggy, I checked all the connection, and still, no lights on the changer, does not play nor ejects..please HELP, Nona

It is now time to get BOSE to stand behind their product- they sure charge enough for their product. Call them and complain and don't let
them off the hook. Tell them you will place complaints against their product on the internet. I bet there are some there now.
This is why I do not buy any of their stuff.

Wave Music system Multi-CD Changer

The unit has a power supply problem, no user servicable parts inside. Bose uses a thermal fuse built into the power transformer. Take unit apart and check for connection issues first, then look for a possible fuse, if none exist chances are it is in the power transformer, contact Bose for service.

I have a bose wave system. I tried loading cds in the multi changer and kept showing error and never would play. The multi changer still has one of my disc and will not eject. I tried unplugging and...

Hi, The cd disc is not in his place inside the multichanger, you must open the appliance and try to take out the cd without forcing, otherwise you wil brake the mechanical system,
after this the system will work well.
Thanks.

Can the new 5 cd changer work with the older Bose

It will work as a manually-operated AUX input, but since there was no remote for the original system so that function won't be available.

I have a Bose Wave, Multi CD changer and wish to output my TV audio to it. Bose reps say all I have to do is connect Red & white audio cables to the AUX input on the CD changer and to the TV's Red...

The only other solution for this would be to connect the red and white RCAs directly to the source that you're trying to hear. (i.e. cable box, dvd player etc.) I have seen a convertor that will go from digital coax to RCA, but I'm not sure how reliable it would be. Plus a good one would be very expensive for what you're trying to do. You could also get an RCA switcher. Connect all or your components (cable box, dvd etc) to the switcher, and an RCA output to the Wave system.
