Code 28 is - Other Devices (Base System Device, Biometric coprocessor, Ethernet Controller) Related to Dell Latitude D600 Notebook (Laptop) Have you changed anything in your laptop? For example tried to install Windows Vista? The Dell Latitude D600 came with Windows XP, is why I ask.
