Unplug the unit. Remove fuse. In bright light, hold the fuse in your hand. Write that number precisely on paper. Find a store that sells that type of fuse. Purchase. Replace. Easy?

If the fuse blown.. right next to the fuse on the board it should tell the correct size.. also on the fuse it self on the metal tips it says the size that it is.

Can I piggy back a fuse to power a front bumber camera so that camers is off when cr is off

Yes, find a fuse for something that turns off when the ignition is off, ideally the radio. Do no use a fuse that powers something critical, like the brake lights.
Then use a fuse adapter like this to add the extra circuit.
Note - there are 2 sizes of fuses in cars these days. They look the same, but one is nearly an inch long, while the other is half an inch. Make sure you buy the right size adapter. You'll also want to buy an extra fuse for the line you are attaching (2 fuses are needed when using a piggyback adapter)

Renting old house with old power box uses 'plug in fuses' , doesnt have cut off safety switch ,i heard that i can by circut breakers to stop any surges and plug them into fuse box ,does that sound right ?...

Wow, all due respect, but someone would really be negligent to offer you a solution to this problem. An electrical panel isn't something to mess with, especially if you're asking these type of questions. Contact a professional electrician in your area or run the risk of electrocuting (that's DEAD by electricity) yourself. Good luck, and please be safe.
