JVC TH-M45 DVD Problem

When I am watching a DVD, it will suddenly restart at the beginning. This happens on all DVD's at different times. There does not seem to be any pattern to it. I have Direct TV. I thought it might have something to do with it, but I don't have problems with other DVD systems. Can you help?
