You will need to contact Acer for the restore discs. If for some reason you can not get the discs you will need to contact some one who has an OEM version of the windows disk you need. Even then it Microsoft may or may not activate that copy of windows. So hopefully acer can help you. Here is their number, 800-445-6495 however they do charge for support. If you are still with in your warranty then call the number on your warranty statement Any big box store, ie Best Buy can provide you with a print out of the manufactures warranty if it was sold by them.
