When i try to launch

Try to uninstall the program from start -> control panel -> add or remove programs or Programs and features if your using vista. Uninstall the program from there, then install it again from the disc or from online, if the problem remains post me the brand and model of the camera (Please try to steps first and then come back if the issue persist and let me know) after you have installed the program try it again, if you have vista on the computer, you can also right click on the program and select run As administrator and see if that helps.
