Question about Canon PIXMA MP530 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, My fax memory is full so it will not let me fax out. How do I clear it?
Thanks in advance
Solutions 3 and 4 are basically correct, they just leave out a few steps:
1. Press FAX button
2. Press buttons in following order:
Menu, + (right arrow), OK, +, +, +.
You should see Delete Document. If not, press + or - (right or left arrows) until you do.
3. It will show a document number, like 5004.
4. It will show Yes No. Press - (left arrow) to select Yes.
5. Press OK
Note: Steps 3 and 4 may be reversed on some similar models.

Check your ink cartridges and fill any that may be low. I got that error because one of the cartridges (magenta) needed to be refilled. The printer was storing failure reports in its memory until they could be printed out, leaving no room to fax new documents. As soon as the ink cartridge was replaced, the reports printed and freed up the memory to send out faxes.
