When I try print a picture on my printer dock the paper doesn't load from the tray. The light goes on showing that the paper tray is empty. Thanks Maria

Only put about 20 sheets in at a time and fan the sheets a few times before loading them, so they don't stick together. Although they come in packs of 25, the docks work better if you just take a few out of the pack before loading the tray. You can easily put them in, after you print a few pictures.
