While cleaning out around belt part fell out.

while cleaning out amimal hair from around the beater brush belt, I removed bottom panel and along with the dirt out came a silver cylinder. Where does this cylindar go when I put the vacuum back together?

If you are not familiar with the part.
We recommend taking it to a repair shop!
Preferably a repair shop that offers free estimates.
Because, trying to replace that part could cause more damage.
