Question about RCA opal MP3 Player
A friend has an Archos 404, media player, and it foze up while she was using it. Could not power it off or get it to do anything. Ended up having to remove the 4 tiny screws and then Remove the battery. This reset the unit completely. Put it back together, including the battery, and the unit powered on and worked correctly. Often a simple system reset can fix most freezing issues.

For the Sony NWZ-E438F (and i would assume most other sony models) this is a common issue when connecting or disconnecting the device from a charger/pc etc... On the back lower left corner of the unit there is a small reset button. You will need a paper clip or other non sharp small instrument. Depress the reset button for 5 seconds and release it. Your Walkman should be back up and running now... Good Luck!!!
