Do you want the special(network unlock) code for your phone?I suggest you can approach Prounlocking.com and specify the country,locked network of Motorola i870.Based on the availability you can get teh unlock code along with free instructions.
If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.
OR if you contact your customer care they will unlock from there.
A PUK code is required if the wrong PIN number is entered too many times incorrectly. If the wrong PUK is entered too many times the SIM will be permanently blocked.
PUK codes are unique to SIM card. Contact your carrier for the correct code to reset your pin.
