This would normally happen if you to put a DVD into CD-ROM drive, however, all MacBooks have a DVD drive so it can't be that.
Does it happen with any other CDs or is it just this one? Does the CD play in any any drive?
I had a music CD that would work in my Mac once but it was an oddilty that one of the record companies was trying to promote. It would work on a PC and in a normal CD player but not in a Mac,
