I am trying to connect a Samsung e2100b phone via

I am trying to connect a Samsung e2100b phone via Bluetooth to my PC. The PC has an Advent mini adapter CL2 EDR in a USB port. The phone asks for a PIN code when trying to pair. I have tried various combinations from blank to 9999. Authentication fails every time on the PC and phone message of unable to pair. ??????
