Question about Apple iPod nano
Started asking me to restore, did that now, keeps saying "do not disconnect". got jack of it tried everything from reset to reinstalling entire itunes software (not a good idea i know), it now tells me it cannot support itunes files etc as they are newer than original program, how can i reinstall my poor little ipod, or get a newer version of itunes that are suitable for him. i have tried everything possible that i can think of. PLEASE HELP!!!!
If you are running a mac, try running software update to get a newer version of itunes.
If you are running pc, on one of the menus either file or about or something like that, select upgrade check.
if the problem persists, try forcing the ipod into disc mode, although it seems as if you have already tried this.
should the above not work...try calling apple?
