Questions, sneyah: Before this, did Outlook work ok with this ISP email? Are you able to go to the ISP email website and use the email that way? (Not a solution, just trying to determine if the problem is the ISP email system or Outlook). Did you recently change the email passowrd? You have to change the Outlook stored password, too. I presume that Outlook is "offline". Try setting it "online". -Gort007.
