I just got this MP4 player on 12/24 and it wont turn on. Its at the start position and wont do anything. Any ideas????

- Its an internal Rechargable battery, and I just took it off of the charger last night

- i have an i AUDIO G3 MP3 player that when turned on just briefly showed something about the line in then turned off again. I have tried changing batteries but the problem continues. Can somebody help me pliz. I love this gadget, and its great when i go to places where there is no access to electricity.

- I was going to add more music to my Meizu, but I had plugged it into the computer, I had forgotten to turn on the Meizu. I took out the wire and tried to turn the Meizu on, but it didn't turn on. I have tried replugging it into the computer, but the computer doesn't find it in any of the USB slots. Anyone have suggestions or is it dead?- JamParty

- When I plug mine in the screen turns white and doesn't show that it is charging anymore either. It just won't turn on. When connected to the computer the music is still there once connected to windows media player but, the player will not power on at all. - verusy

battery low??
else any breakage of internal circuit.
else battery position is not correct
else remove batteries and now press ON button for two seconds ( do as if your are turning it ON normally.)
this s done to drain the excess power.
now put the battery and then switch ON

- ooops.. then may be due to some loose connection..

i tried my best.. but dont rate me as in-appropriate..
many do this when the problem dosent get solved..

I have had this same problem. My player is about 1 yr old, but hasn't worked for about 6 months. It was a gift, so I didn't want to just throw it away. It also kept erasing songs before that. Expected a better product from Disney.

charged the battery through computer and the power will not come on.have the same model and first time trying it i already downloaded songs on there and it shows through the computer they are there. but yet still no power i need solution

One day i was using the player and then I turned it off as usual then later when i went to turn it back on nothing happened..even when i hooked it up to the computer.
