the email which i receive looks ok on the page but when i print it out it gives spaces in the sentences and i couldn't read the mail properly.

Are you copying your emails from outlook into Notepad then printing? If this is the case you must realize that notepad doesn't save formatting when information is copied from another media.
Try copying your Email into a Program such as WordPad, or Microsoft Works. It will keep true to the original formatting and will solve this problem.
