Lost dial tone and all phone service. High-speed
Lost dial tone and all phone service. High-speed cable modem service is working fine. Telephone 1 is blinking as active although all phones in home are unplugged and have no service. Unplugged unit and removed battery in order to reboot, but issue remains. What else can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

It seems like it is a bandwith issue. My neighbor had the same problem with her internet phone service. She had to call the company on her cell and they walked her through the proper bandwith setup .
Keep in mind these type of services really HOG your bandwith.
