My computer shuts down after 15 seconds

my computer shuts down after 15 seconds. And the run time get shorter and shorter through out the times that you try to start it up

look at the capacitors around the processor and heat sinc the tops should be flat if not they need replacing if so you could need a bios flash if you had troubles shutting down and start up you need bios flash if not to late already
