try checking all connections going into the screen

HELLO, I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, THERE ARE 4 LAMPS INSIDE THE MONITOR IN MY CASE ONE OF THIS IS BROKEN AND THE SYSTEM DETECS THE PROBLEM AND TURN OFF THE LAMPS.

CHEKS THE LAMPS GOOD LOOK
