I lost my ATM card in the washer and was not unable to find it. Now I notice a short grinding sound every once in a while when the machine goes into a fast spin cycle. Obviously, I think it is the ATM card stuck somewhere. But where? And how would I get to it?

- It's a front load Frigidaire. Does that advice still apply?

What a bummer.... pull the agitator up... it should snap off.. and if you're lucky your card will be lodged underneath....otherwise you'll need to pull this machine apart . you may even need to pull the inner drum loose to access. Start with the simple...pull the agitator..
