Not compatible in vista os

Go to the manufacturer's website and get the number for support or send an email about your problem. There may be a possibility that the website has support for what you want.
There may be an update for *********** board's bios firmware.

Try redownloading and installing the Audio drivers, Make sure that when you download them that they are the correct drivers for the Vista OS. Or, if you have a 3rd party sound card in your system, download the vista drivers for that card.

I'm not sure, but I think that you can use Realtek Audio Drivers for that board. So there's a good chance that you could just download the Realtek Audio drivers for Vista and it MAY work. Make sure to read the release notes on the driver before installing though as to not risk anything happening to your system.
