Question about Bosch WFMC 3200 Front Load Washer

Drain pump runs constantly:Error code E02

Machine fills with water, but drain pump runs constantly thus resulting in no water in drum and a error code of E02 which is indicating low water pressure because there is no water in the drum. Called Bosch and they tried to tell me it was a door latch problem.. I would tend to think it may be a EPROM on the main board or something along that route. Pleas advise, my poor wife is going crazy going to the laundry mat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Premm,

Tried you fix, tried blowing into hose both directions the pressure switch seemed to open and close properly, unfortunately it didn't fix the problem. However the was another black hose on the top of the drum that connected to the clear corrugated drain line that was partially clogged that I cleared out. Do you think the pressure switch is bad? Should the pressure switch be N.O. (normally open) or N.C. (normally closed). I have a degree in electronics and have a indepth understanding of electrical components. If you have any further suggestions it would be appreciated. Ben

Suggestions: First see that the exit hose behind your machine is inserted at a particular height, ie about 3 feet above ground level, then into the standpipe in your wall. If things dont work plug off the wall, open up behind, you will see a thin pipe coming down from the pressure switch to the drain area. Disconnect this pipe carefully from the top and blow into it, it should be free. If blocked clear, if broken or damaged change. Refit carefully.

I have a Samsung WA75B7PT washing machine. Having set wash cycle water runs continuously, going straight through, from tap to drain basically, machine never engaging?

Hi,
This can only be because the drain pump is constantly working. Otherwise the machine would literally fill-up with water.

Turn the machine off & unplug it for an hour.
Then turn it back on & see if it's reset or if it gives you an error code.

I'd suggest that it's probably a failed control-board, but it's unusual to not get a fault/error code from a modern machine, when it has a fault.
Best of luck.

Bosch washer giving E02 error, drum has excessive water in it, takes 3 manual drain cycles to empty drum

E02 error code is either water supply side not enough (kinked hose) or more likely in your case clogged drain [hose] or particle filter.

Smart Drive machine on starting, water runs straight through into drain, thus not filling up

Most likely the water coming into the washer through the Water Inlet Valve could be siphoned out to the drain pump and out the drain hose because of an issue with the pump or plumbing. Is your washer overfilling? Is the washer detecting an overheat error? Observe carefully as to what part of the washing cycle the water is draining out. By watching the washer as it goes through its wash cycle, you can find out which part or error is causing the Washing Machine To Not Fill With Water and Keep Draining issue.

Stops in cycle and says f 02

F02 error is related to drain pump block. If the drain pump gets blocked or the drain hose is blocked the error comes up,this is indication of cleaning the drain pump and drain hose.If the drain pump and drain hose checked ok then its faulty drain pump, its not draining the water so the error f-02 is showing up. error F-02 is a slow drain problem. Remove the wide tapering pipe from the drum to the pump. Inside there is a non return ball valve. Clean this and see if that helps. Take the front bottom panel off and open the drain trap, and see if there is any thing got stuck up,like coins, nails, socks or any small cloth etc etc.--------------While removing the drain pump and drain hose for cleaning, please keep thick towel with you.As you disconnect the drain pump from its connection, lot of water will flow towards you,if your machine is filled with water. So keeping this towel with you will help to control this water flow towards you. This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

HF error flashes, then after 7 min. drains machine, but won,t go in wash cycle

Kenmore HE3T front loading washing machine. About every 2 minutes the cycle stops and flashes an "f" then an "h" on the display over and over again. **

That error code can be the result of no water detected entering machine after 30 seconds or pressure switch (water level control) activation not detected after 8 minutes of filling.

If there is no water in the machine at the time, make sure that both water taps are turned on, check for kinked fill hoses or plugged sediment screens in them and verify the water fill valve operation.

If there is water in the unit, verify drain pump and water pressure switch are operating properly, the pressure switch hose is in good condition and properly connected to the pressure switch. Also, make sure the water is not siphoning out of the machine prematurely due to an improperly installed drain hose

That error might also be caused by too much suds in the wash water like can result from using non-HE detergents

The washing machine keeps blinking sud what does this mean? It won't finish the cycle.. it is a kenmore front loader HE 5t

Either you have too much of the correct detergent in there or the wrong detergent in there. Here are a few of the errors:
1)Water fill problem: water took more than 10 minutes to fill to desired level sometimes indicated as a LF/IE or long fill/inlet error. Water valve screens clogged, hoses kinked, low water pressure, unpaid water bill. Check hose, clean screens.
2)Excessive vibration: noisey, roar, knocking noises. Bad damper, bearing or broken trunion. no error code
3)Dispenser drawer open/detergent in wrong compartment: washer will not operate with drawer open or cleaning products in wrong compartment.
4)Washer won't drain: clogged pump/filter, slow or clogged drain usually indicated as a LD/DE, if a code is given (long drain/drain error) Clear pump of objects
5)Drum overfilled: usually caused by sediment in the water level pressure sensing tube going up to the main control.Find it and blow out the sediment, re-secure pump out water and retry.
6)Door open, Door not latched, clothes/objects keeping door from completly closing. Tighten door latch, add washers if nessesary to make good contact and close door tighter in case of leaks.
7)Cold water does not enter washer: hoses connected backwards. Oops.
8)Oversudsing: Wrong Detergent, turbidity monitors pick up particles in the water and judge soil content then the washer allows for extra time to wash the clothes, if the wrong detergent is in there the machine thinks that is too much and declares a suds error. Remove detergent, retry
9)Locked motor: error LE,loose connection,broken wire/hallsensor, motor overheated/failed.
10)Water heating error, hE, the thermister/heater is out.

Miele G 7856 Commercial Dishwasher

Hi. The above machine stops mid cycle and drain/fill light is on, also error code F3E, have cleaned both hot and cold water inlet filters, also checked drain pump and drain line, all ok. Machine drains with no issues and fills with hot water, runs for a while then shuts down.
Any ideas?

LE error after machine fills with water

LE error means level error (the d/w fills up but the water drain out at the same time somehow). I had a case once where the drain hose at the back of the d/w was resting on the floor to drain underneath the cust house. problem is like any drain hose it has to GO UP FIRST and then down to the ground otherwise the gravity will push the water out as the d/w fills up hence the LE error.

take care.

Clogged pump on Affinity Washer

Exactly the same problem. Washed a small area rug that appeared to have pretty much disintegrated. Machine would not drain. Got the same e 20 code. Checked the drain hose, and it was fine. Reamed the house drain just to be sure. Drum appears to have drained, but now the motor runs, and no water enters the machine. Both water hoses are flowing. No further error codes. Nada.
