Re: Downloading music to a Samsung MP4 player

All you have to do is when the samsung window is open
plug in your portable player.
then left click on portable device
then on the lefthand side of the window leftclick my pc
then when you have selected the song that you want all you have to do is keep the left hand side of your mouse push down
and drag it to your portable device on the right hand side of your screen let go and walla it will load onto your mp3
when you want to transfer videos then all you have to do is on the lefthand side of your screen you will see a video sign click it with the lefthand side of your mouse key then you just click
and drag and it will load stright away.
just remember that videos take more time to load as they have more data to transfer.

I have a Craig mp4 player and when I try to sync music onto it some of the songs say " Did not fit on device" Why?? And what can I do to change it?

This is because the songs literally cannot fit onto your player. Songs, like all files, take up a certain amount of digital space. Craig MP4 players generally are small in space, usually ranging from 1-4GBs, which will not get you far if you have a lot of songs. The only real solutions for this without buying a new MP3/MP4 player is to be more selective with the songs you put onto it. There is not a way to change the amount of songs something can hold, so you just have to put less onto it. Also, If you put videos onto it, get rid of those first because videos take up way more space than songs.

If you want more space, I would recommend a 8GB or 16GB music player, those are satisfactory for most people with a lot of songs.

Also, for now you could try downgrading the audio quality, which will reduce the file size, effectively making more songs able to fit onto your player, but I would not recommend this because it does create a noticeably worse audio quality.

I cant charge this mp4 from my computer and also i cant impot songs in this mp4

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

How do I download music onto MP4 . Instructions with MP4 were no help at all.

generally speaking for all mp3 players..

What you do is download the music onto your computer first into a specific folder, such as my music.. Then once the music is in that folder.. ( downloaded form the net, or copied from a cd)

Then you would plug the mp3 player into your computer..

Then open up the screen, "My Computer"

Then find where it shows your Mp3 player, ( should be near your cd drive )

Then copy the music you want from the folder that holds your music, copy it, and then paste it onto the mp3 player..

That should load the songs on it to where you can disconnect it, and then listen to them..

Mp3 player downloads

Mostly you pay, but there are a few free sites still left.

Use Windows Media Player to transfer music and delete songs

As far as downloading songs, you can sign up for a wide number of music services - each one has a different download method, and the company website will explain how to use it. The problem with this RCA player is that it was tied to Yahoo!'s Musicmatch Jukebox svc, which was cancelled in October 2007, so you will have to find another music service. Some music services will recognize the RCA player directly, and you can use their svc to download the songs directly to your player. Other services you will have to download the songs first, and then transfer them to the RCA using Windows Media Player afterwards.
