Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)

1 Answer

Can't get off problem screen

I put a photo on my Sandisk c250 mp3 player. And the file type was not supported. So on a green screen, in black writing it says, "Please use Sansa Media Converter to convert this photo file." and I cannot get off that screen. I cannot turn off the device. I cannot IN ANY WAY get out of the screen. I am going to let the battery run out and see what happens. But I could use some quicker help.

Nevermind... When I went to bed I tried just turning it off again and it worked.

Computer does not show entire contents of mp3 player.

Hello,
Albums that have been put on the player in Windows Media Player in MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) mode can be viewed in the Microsoft Media Player.
Hidden music can be viewed in MSC mode when switching the player into this mode, viewing the player as a removable disk. Warning: when switching the player into MSC mode be sure to go through safely remove hardware, the icon in the right corner of the computer's screen.
How to switch to MSC mode, have a view in the manual. Select your version player online from the support page:
