My B60 did the same thing. All the lights are on but it says 'not ready'
A friend just told me it is the heating element. Can anyone explain how to change the element. He said it is only a 99 cent part!

Called Keurig. They said it was the heating element and since mine is under warranty (I registered the warranty online the week I received this as a gift) - they are sending me a new unit (entirely new Keurig coffee maker) today. I am interested if I can buy a new element though and fix the one I have.

Had this same problem. the "not ready" message flashes, unplugging the unit, pushing the power button have not impact ont he message. Keurig tells me this is an indication the heating element has burned out. I had ot call in a warranty claim and get a replacement.

Why is my not brewing?

Hi, it's Ambrai from Crucial Vacuum.

Please be sure that the brewer is on and the handle is securely pushed down. If you haven't added water, please do so. The brewer needs at least 6 oz. of water in order to brew properly. If you are still having brewing issues, I would recommend contacting Keurig directly at: (866-901-2739).

I hope this was helpful. If there is anything else we can do to assist, please feel free to give us a call at 877.750.9239. We have helpful and friendly customer care representatives on the line ready to assist you.

Motor stuck in brew postion wont reset even with the brew group out

Hi
Leave the brew unit out but put everything else back in and then turn the machine on. the brew drive should reset to where it should be so you can put the brew unit back in, but make sure that the brew unit is ready to install.
You must make sure that the brew unit is ready to reinsert into the machine. To return the brew group to the centered position, you first need to drop the funnel. To do this, look on the opposite side of the brew group from the handle. At the top you will see an object that looks like a sharks fin. If you follow this piece down you will see 2 horizontal bars on the brew group body. Push your finger between these 2 bars and the funnel will drop. If you have you key you can insert it in the front of the brew unit. There is a round hold in the center below the "Push", and twist it clockwise until it stops and the 2 marks are lined up. If you don't have your key you can do this. Push the puck slide on the left side down and to the center. If you look down through the funnel you should see a piston. This should be centered in the funnel. If not, locate the slide on the left side of the brew unit, (it should be hanging down, a flat rectangular piece attached to the cylinder) and push the slide to the right until it does. Press the "Push" lever until you hear a click and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine.

I removed the black brewing system from inside the coffee machine, in order to clean it. Now I can't put it back in. The little wheel attached to the back wall of the coffee machine doesn't want to fit...

Push the press button and you are now ready to reinsert the brew group in to the machine. First you must close the door with the drip tray and dredge drawer inserted and turn on the machine without having the brew group in. You will hear the motor turn on and when it stops completely, open the door and remove the tray, and dredge drawer, now replace the tray and insert the brew group. If it still won't go in check the cog in the back of the machine. There are 2 wide teeth that should be at the 10:00 and 12:00 position. If they are at a different position you have a broken drive gear.

The machine says REady To Brew- the lights flash and i press the button to brew. It says "brewing" but nothing ever comes out and then it goes back to "Ready to Brew".

Mine does this all the time. When it does, I tap the top of the machine and the coffee comes out. I don't know if it will work for you, but it works every time for me. It's like there's a small clog or something.
