Model# WP071107R, Serial# 10/2007, Reddy Heater 150,000 BTU The fuel tank has a crack. Where can I get a new tank?

You can try reddyheater .com or try a two part epoxy. Clean well with acetone, sand paper to create good adhesion then JB Weld or any other good grade epoxy. This will work in a bind until you locate a new tank.

150,000 BTU propane Reddy Heater shuts off after ignition

Is there a frost line on your LP tank, if so you may need to replace the tank with a larger tank or refill your tank. This can happen if the tank your using is too low or too small (use 100 lb tank or greater). If there is no frost line it may be an issue with the thermocouple. The manufacturer offers a service manual and owner's manuals on there site. This should assist you... www.desatech.com Thank you

Reddy heater

Sounds like you need to adjust the airflow so that it is getting enough air to burn.

My heater cuts off 30 sec what do i do

few things to check , if its a dual voltage model check that its set for correct voltage ( if your on a 110v supply and the heaters set to 240v , then the fan will spin too slow and cause the over temp stat to activate )
replace the thermocouple ( a metal tube that sticks into the flame path ( usually has a brass/copper tube running out from it to the over temp stat and down to the gas relay valve , be very gentle whilst replacing this as there is a fibre washer /insulator on the end and it can easily be damaged by over tighting (

When heater starts it does not always light, I get a C3 code

the ignitor is faulty, mine also did that and I noticed one night that it was shorting out right from the ignition box. I put in a new ignitor and flame sensor and it's fine now. All ignitors are basically the same you just have to do some creative wireing. reddyparts.com still has most parts for your heater.
