Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera
I have had this camera for 3 days and have 74 pictures and vidios on it. I will turn it on and it sais access and then the lens goes in and out three times and then it sais turn off and on again. I do that and it just goes through the same process over and over every time i turn my camera.
It may be as simple as a dirty lens. If your lens is dirty it will act like it is out of focus and give you those messages. If it isn't that you want to repair it yourself. There is a guy in South Carolina who has lots of parts for all the Sony Cameras. I bought my LCD from him for $39.00 plus shipping and it works perfect. I put it in myself and saved a ton. If you buy the part from him he sends you pictures of him taking the camera apart so that you can repeat the process when you install it. I think his email is firstname.lastname@example.org
